JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY
AUDIT COURSES
Jadavpur
University proposes to introduce optional Audit Courses for
all registered JU students and scholars to encourage them in
exploring their extracurricular interests within an academic
structure. These will be non-credit
50-hour courses taught on three evenings every week for the
duration of one semester. The fee for each course in
entirety will be Rs.1,500/- per student. Any student, from
first-year undergraduates to PhD scholars, can sign up for
these courses. Students will be awarded certificates upon
successful completion of the course. The first such Audit
Courses, brief details of which are given below, will
commence from January 2010.
