A Doctorate

2. Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor –

Qualifications :
Essential
:
i.
Honours graduate or equivalent having adequate
office experience in a responsible position and ability
in drafting correspondence, preparing notes, proceedings
of meetings etc.
ii.
Working
experience with Computer / Office Automation.
Desirable :
Knowledge of Shorthand / Type.
Age :
Not more than 37 years.

obtainable from the Information Office of the
University during working hours (11.00 a.m. to
04.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except holidays)
on payment of
Rs. 150/- . Those who are in employment should
submit their applications through proper channel. Higher
initial salary may be given to the deserving candidates.
Selection may not be confined to applicants alone.
The application form may
also be downloaded from
www.jadavpur.edu, and in such case, the complete
application form have to be submitted along with a
demand draft of Rs.150/- drawn in favour of “The
Registrar, Jadavpur University, Kolkata”. No
downloaded application form without demand draft will be
considered.
Incomplete
applications will be rejected.
