Faculty of Arts

Arts Faculty has contributed significantly to the literacy and cultural life of Bengal. The Faculty of Arts contains eleven Departments and one Centre. Of its twelve Departments - Film Studies and Physical Education are fairly recent and six have been identified by the UGC for Special assistance.
